How can I build leadership experience in the new normal?
In this episode, Julia van Graas and Steph Clarke from Spiique share how you can start by leading yourself, curating your leadership learning playlist, and become more courageous in realising your leadership potential - especially so in the new normal.
Julia gets leadership teams collaborating and delivering results in challenging situations. Globally experienced, Julia is a sought-after advisor whose people-centred approach is heavily influenced by her experiences of achieving improbable results in turnaround and crisis situations. Trained as a Chartered Accountant, she subsequently studied psychology, is a qualified Organisational Coach, and a Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator.
Steph helps teams be better teams.  As an accountant-turned-facilitator, she realised that changes don’t happen through spreadsheets, but they can happen through post-it notes.  She loves the creativity of designing new experiences for teams to have the conversations they need to, build trust, tame the elephants in the room, and come out stronger.
Topics covered:

What it means to lead yourself

Building your own leadership learning playlist

How to overcome self-doubt in your leadership potential

Intrapreneurial approach to career development
