Michelle Dickinson is a wellbeing strategist, TED-X presenter, and author of a memoir entitled Breaking In To My Life, about her experiences living with a mother with Bi-Polar.

Michelle is passionate about helping people get comfortable with mental health before a crisis hits and providing the tools and strategies business owners need to enable them to move their business forward if their own mental health or those of their employees is suffering.

As more and more teams operate remotely Michelle shares strategies around fostering trust and connection with staff in a remote workplace. And helps outline the balance between showing up as honest and vulnerable, whilst at the same time modeling good emotional health care for others in our communities.
