校园欺凌，我要揍你了 You're toast, Bully(ing)

本期面包吐思是我的好朋友凌峰的故事。现在，我也想带领大家一起认识他，认识这位克服了口吃、走出在校被欺凌的阴影、经历过社会冷暖的十八岁小伙子。他很重要。

背景：从开始到结束，产生一个面包吐思节目的这个过程真的是一项探险，而且每一次的过程完全不一样。我已经列出来了好几百个潜在话题，而且一直有很多人给我建议新的话题。我认识很多有趣而不可思议的人，希望他们以后可以上面包吐思的节目。有的节目话题早就想好了，但是也有一些话题可能会意外出现。

本期面包吐思完全是从人开始产生的，而不是话题。我只知道我想要跟凌峰交谈，因为我希望更多的人可以认识他。但是我不知道我跟他应该讨论什么内容，我只知道这将是很重要的事情，因为我已经知道他这个人有多么的重要。直到我们的对话进行到一半时，我们才将话题的重点转移出来。我们定的话题就是口吃结巴的斗争和怎么样学会处理校园欺凌。

我希望这个节目会给我们一次机会去欣赏我们自己，并且学会去更加的在意我们身边和不同困难斗争的那些人。当我们感觉没有人能够去帮助我们的时候，凌峰的启示是一种发现希望和勇气的方法。不管你是谁，不管你在哪儿，你都可以做自己能做的事情去帮助这个社会、帮助你身边的人，还有帮助你自己。

Background: The process of creating a 面包吐思 episode from start to finish has been an adventure that is constantly changing. I have a list of hundreds of potential topics already. I know so many interesting and amazing people. People give me ideas all the time. Some topics I have always wanted to do. Some come out of nowhere.

In the case of today's program, it started completely with the person. All I knew is that I wanted to talk to LingFeng and I wanted the world to hear what he had to say. I had no idea what we would talk about. I just knew it was going to be important because I already know how important he is. It wasn't until we were in the middle of our conversation that it we decided to focus on Lingfeng's struggles with stuttering and how he learned to deal with bullying and general hardship.

This program gives us an opportunity to appreciate ourselves and learn to be more aware of those who are struggling around us. Lingfeng's message is one of finding hope and courage when it feels like there is none to be found. Whoever you are and wherever you are, you can do your part to strengthen society, the individuals around you, and yourself.
