Today I share with you why our bodies actually need carbs. I’ll explain to you the good that carbs do for your body and when you most need them.

The truth about carbs is that they are completely necessary for life. Our bodies need carbs because they are our body’s fuel source.

The problem isn’t carbs, it’s the over consumption of carbs. Or for some of you, you may just not be consuming the right kind of carbs at the right time.

Instead of demonizing carbs as an evil thing, try looking at how your nutrition fits together as a whole. You may just be over eating in general. Or you could be underrating and putting your body in a starvation state where it is unlikely to burn fat.

Carbohydrates themselves can’t be the problem if they are the fuel for our movement, our brains, our bodies.
