Today we speak with Emily from Charlie Health, a virtual therapeutic program offering intensive outpatient.

In 2022 I learned about Charlie Health and their virtual intensive outpatient program for teens and young adults. At first all I could think was "Nah - this is too good to be true". And then I saw it in action and I knew that I needed to share this resource with ya'll.

*Charlie Health offers IOP programs that do offer DBT skills groups and support folx w/ emotion regulation struggles, however they are not a fully credentialed DBT program/agency/institute. They teach the skills in skills groups.
