In this episode we talk about how sometimes it's SUPER hard to maintain healthy and effective boundaries when our BPD brains want us to hold people realllllllllllly close. It feels counterintuitive but having healthy boundaries and giving space is actually a sign of love and affection but it can take a long time to implement them effectively. We are still working through this ourselves.

Tune in to listen to our chat on boundaries and also how pumpkin throwing made its way into this episode!
