1) The changing nature of climbing injuries - from fingers and shoulders to ankles and hamstrings

2) Load management in climbing - how do we do it? What are the youth guidelines (spoiler - there aren't any)

Andy has been exploring the outdoors for well over 25 years, completing various running and biking challenges. But climbing has always been his main passion and he has climbed extensively across Europe and further afield.

He worked as a police officer and as an outdoor instructor and climbing coach in the UK and Spain before re-training as a Physiotherapist.

He has been coaching climbing to a high level for nearly 15 yrs. He still coaches individuals and a competition squad through Process Coaching.

The key to a successful rehab is in the day to day management of the rehab.
