Sean LeFloch is the founder of Floch Fitness, focusing on fitness, wellness, and longevity of ageless athletes. He believes health is more than just weights and cardio, but the implementation of nutritional, lifestyle, and mindfulness practices as well.

After building a successful Crossfit gym, Sean stepped away to pursue a more intimate fitness experience, coaching clients one-on-one and in small groups both in person and/or virtually. He has a unique and results driven approach guiding clients to the best version of themselves.

As a standout high school wrestler, football player, and lacrosse goalie, Sean knew from an early age that he was passionate about exercise and human performance. He continued his athletic career at Stony Brook Univsersity where he was a starting lacrosse defender and received his bachelors of science in biology with a neuroscience emphasis. He continued a career of science and health, spending two years performing orthopedic and biomechanical research at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgeries in New York City.

He relocated to South Florida in 2010 to begin his career as a fitness and nutrition coach helping thousands of clients move toward their fitness goals.

Sean is a Crossfit Level 2 Certified Coach and holds certifications in nutrition, running, endurance, olympic lifting, business management, and Postural Restoration Breathing.
