NEW SERIES ALERT!
We are super excited to introduce our new series that narrows in on an topic from the perspective of someone who is preparing for a baby, pregnant and postpartum. 

To kick it off, we're zeroing in our focus on the mindset and movement to help us in our pursuit of having a healthy core. Why not? What other section of your gets more attention from prepregnancy to postpartum? 

We are laying the groundwork for what we will build on in our core health in pregnancy episode (which will go live on June 24) and then close our series out with an emphasis on preparing and rebuilding core health in postpartum (which will air on July 1).

Also, we recorded while it was raining in Corpus Christi. So an added bonus to this episode is that you get calming rain sounds as you listen along to Blanche and Esther delving into the function and importance of building a strong, stable core.
