Mark Roberts is a weightlifter and a weightlifter coach.

Mark owns and runs a Weightlifting Club called Boxtribe Weightlifting.

He lives and works out in Florida and we used to go to university together. It was awesome to have him on the show.

Mark work with a range of athletes and we discuss the principles of weightlifting.

He is a coach who supports the hell out of his athletes and I will get him back on the show to run you through what he does to with an athletes nutrition during a weight cut before a competition.
