Henry from The World Run 2020 joins me on the show.

In 2012 Henry’s dad took his own life at the age of 54 after a long battle with depression. Three years later Henry discovered the undeniable benefits of sports and exercise for his mental health and overall wellbeing.

Henry dived into his first ever ultramarathon in 2017 and followed it up two month later with his first Ironman. Just take a second to think about how deep he must have gone into the pain cave.

In 2020 Henry alongside two friends Andrew and Conor are set to run 6 marathons in 6 days over 6 continents for James Place UK charity. Incredible.

In this episode we explore Henry’s training, mental health and what The World Run 2020 is all about.
