George Cooke is a maverick Chef and top class nosher who's outrageous passion for great food has taken him around the world on adventures of culinary and cultural exploration. 

What I love about George is his absurd passion for discovering new food and how, with zero planning and no qualifications, he has managed to survive by cooking and drinking his way around the world. This is exactly the kind of story I wanted to hear!

This laid back and insightful episode is an absolute wet dream for any foodie! George and I cover pretty much everything you'd want to ask a seriously talented chef: how to create an authentic menu, why portions of posh food are so obnoxiously small & why baked beans are the devil's work. 

But seriously, George has worked at a plethora of impressive establishments including London’s Quo Vadis and Dum Byriani, as well as the exclusive Peligoni Club in Greece. He now co-owns Môr and Elwyn, two successful and off-the-wall restaurants in Mumbles, South Wales. If you're ever in the area then you have to check them out and say hi to George!!
