One key misstep most people make while trying to lose weight is having a lack of consistency.


Consistency is doing the hard work like preparing healthy meals and getting workouts in, most of the time, not just when you feel like it or are motivated.


Consistency is getting right back on track when you fall off instead of falling off and staying off.


Consistency can be created in so many small ways in your life that can add up to really big results in your health. Practicing consistency will always pay off in some way, even if you don't see it on or off the scale!


In this solo episode, I wanted to share with you some insight into some of the small efforts that you can make to begin starting small but sustaining longer!
