I am joined by relationship writer Julie Nguyen for a candid, open conversation about our Valentine’s Day. We talk about our past relationship history, how our view on romance affects our coaching practice, playing Cupid with our friends, healthy relationships, heartbreak, sexual chemistry, and so much more!

At the end, we answer letters from you, the audience. This month, we tackled readers’ questions about identifying with an anxious attachment style, what to do when an ex moves on too quickly, and why taking back a cheating ex isn’t a sign of disrespect.

Once every month, I will be inviting Julie onto the show as co-host and we will hold similar unscripted conversations with no set agenda except to check in and talk about some of our common struggles in contemporary life, whether it’s dating, dealing with insecurities, or struggling with balanced living. In between that, we’ll also be taking questions from the audience and conducting mini-coaching sessions that will allow us to connect with you and provide you with solutions for what you might be struggling with in real time. Send in your questions, or concerns, to [email protected] or [email protected]
