The start of a New Year is always a great opportunity to confirm what your purpose for the year ahead is by asking yourself questions such as:

What difference are we going to make in 2022?What are we already better that we could get better again at?Why do we do what we do?Why does our business actually exist?

Your purpose is likely to be in the form of a statement of intent rather than necessarily in a series of goals try and avoid falling into the trap of thinking that five years ago you created a mission statement so that will service as your purpose 2022 or if you're an individual within an organisation then avoid thinking that your purpose is what it says in your job description, because we all know that job descriptions are usually written by people who don't fully understand what it is your customers want you to do.

In this episode I'll be sharing with you an example of my purpose to give you a steer whilst encouraging you to define your own purpose either as a business or as an individual and now is the time to do before you get to far into the year.
