Episode 40: Mindy in The Morning Stand in Your Sovereignty

After the countless messages in private from so many of you out there, I decided to make this episode for family and friends, or anyone who may need a sounding board and reassuring voice to remind them that they are in fact not crazy for being picky about what goes inside their body. I share my story and truth around my decisions in transparency, so that perhaps others can find similar ah ha moments that give them some extra courage to stand in their sovereignty and speak their truth (if needed).
