I highly reccommend reading it, or as I am doing, listening to it. I got mine on audible and it is read by the author. Hearing her words in her voice is somehow both comforting and soul stirring. Being able to replay the parts I need to listen to again, to sit with to come to full understanding has been the difference in hearing and truly knowing what the words mean so that I can creating a place in my world where they can live within and guide me.
