Stress serves as one of the biggest factors in weight gain. When we’re unable to properly cope with stress, oftentimes, we use food as a means to make ourselves feel better.

Jacklyn Leo joins me today and openly shares her personal experience with overeating which was compounded by the expectations she had for herself as a mother. But now, Jacklyn has learned to commit herself and is equally committed to coaching others to create lives that make them happy.
