Episode 47: Pre-Interaction Jitters

Missy and Chrissy have some interaction-loaded weeks making this a perfect opportunity for some therapy around the completely unnecessary anxiety leading up to even the most trivial events.  It doesn't matter how excited they are or how much they love who they're meeting or talking to...it makes them anxious. Delivering a cake or meeting an old friend...their minds are spinning until the deed has come and gone. The overthinking is so annoying...how can they make that go away??
