Episode 081 Jenna Faye, Business as a Key to Collective Healing  Jenna Faye partners with conscious entrepreneurs to scale their business to sustainable 6 figures while igniting a movement doing their soul's work. She says her work is about; helping heart centered entrepreneurs merge soul and strategy to expand their movement into new levels of impact and sustainable income. She is an Online Business Strategist and Leadership Coach, and is the Co-Founder of Soul Meets Strategy™ Business Solutions. She also runs the Sacred SHE Sisterhood Community, an online based global community for conscious female entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate and co-create. 
Jenna has been location independent for 2 years and currently lives in the mountains of New Zealand.

 

Jenna, calls herself a digital nomad, shared that she believes "with her whole being" that business is the key to creating massive collective shifts in this world. She shared that she was called, after working in an industry that de-humanized workers, to help heart centered entrepreneurs merge soul and strategy to expand their businesses to provide sustainable income.
Jenna talked about  feeling aligned in what you do and important this piece is. She also shared that the majority of the clients she sees, are struggling with how to find this. Jenna discussed that the key here is to Trust in yourself, it's about 80% BE, and 20% DO !! Jenna talked about the 'ignition effect" and how business's today can create a strong framework and a sustainable model with this pillar. One piece we particularly loved was how Jenna described that "your business is your mirror " not who we are but how we are ! A constant ebb and flow."Get curious where there is resistance, lean into the edge."  Whats most important is to find what brings you JOY! Business is a key to collective healing as we move forward.....
