Previous Episode: Corona Que?!
Next Episode: CHANGE!

Welcome back fam!! We're back, and this week we're talking about minimalism. This concept that more and more people have been adapting to recently where one works to get rid of the things they don't need so the can live with less, and in return, become happier.

We learned that this practice doesn't necessarily mean throwing out everything possible, but rather making room for more of what matters. But why is it so difficult for some people to part with their items? Holding onto memories plays a big part in this. We tend to hold value with a lot of our things whether we use them or not. But essentially what this is doing is blocking out space to make new memories.

This minimalistic idea has also been proven to help with depression and other mental illnesses. It's true when you declutter your life, you also declutter your mind. And that is probably why so many of us our hopping onto this bandwagon.

If you're someone who feels like maybe you have too many things for no reason (like we do), then this is the perfect time to grab some trash bags, pour some wine, and part with all of those things that no longer serve a purpose for you. And we're here to help you get through it. So tune in!

And make sure to tune in after the show for our 5 min wine down to hear how the coronavirus is taking over our lives! We're super excited to share it with the fam!!
