Yes! “ancient” crocodiles did eat plants! How do we know this?


Well, scientists recently published a study of tooth fossils. They determined that eating mainly plants was common among various members of the crocodile families. But that study’s not really how we know for sure that, yes, vegetarian crocs existed in the past.


You see, we already knew this long before that study! How? Because God’s Word tells us that in God’s original creation, all the animal kinds were vegetarian. It wasn’t until after sin, when creation was no longer “very good” and death entered, that creatures became carnivorous.


We’re not surprised that ancient crocs were vegetarian.
