Transitions can be hard to navigate. When is the right time, how do I go about making the transition, why should I transition, the questions can be endless.
In this episode, Jared sits down with Brad Heacock, Pastor at Independent Bible Church in Martinsburg, WV. Brad is currently transitioning to church planting from leading the young adult ministry at IBC. Before that Brad was the Pastor of Student Ministries Jared and Bradd talk about the challenges and joys of transitioning in ministry and what it looks like, by God's grace, to have longevity in ministry at the same church for so many years.
