In this episode I have chosen 4 business phrasal verbs that use the preposition "down". The preposition down can mean a few things but one the main categories is to reduce.

Remember we can sometimes find logic in the phrasal verb by looking at the preposition. So, here are the 4 we are going to look at:

To tone down - reducir el tonoTo whittle down - reducirTo play down - restar importancia aTo put something down to - atribuir
