Station 5: Learning/Teachability
● We often have to make changes when the way we’ve been doing things is no longer effective. Tell me about a time when you had to change your approach or method of work? What did you do? What were the results?
● Most problems have multiple solutions. Talk about a problem you began solving one way, but had to adapt somewhere in the process.
● Give me an example of a time where you had a philosophical difference with someone and ultimately changed your mind.
Station 6: Emotional Intelligence
● Describe a time when you asked for help on a project you were working on. What was the end result?
● What is one of the internal battles you have regularly? What are two personal habits that have served you well?
● On an “average day” is your main focus results and tasks or people and emotions? Give an example.
Station 7: Results Focused (Above & Beyond; Solutions not Problems)
● Describe a time when you’ve gone above and beyond to achieve excellent results in a task that you were assigned.
● Describe a situation where an unexpected event got in the way of results you were expected to deliver. How did you respond?
● Tell us about a project or situation where you felt that a conventional approach would not be suitable. How did you come up with/manage a new approach? Which challenges did you face and how did you address them?
Station 8: Spiritual Strength
● What sermon have you heard recently that lead you to make practical changes in your life? What were the changes?
● What had the potential to knock you out of ministry? What boundaries do you have in place to ensure victory in this area?
● What energizes you about being part of the local church?
