Station 1: Dealing with Difficult People - Conflict Management

● Working on a project with others sometimes causes conflict.  Describe one of the most difficult situations you’ve had involving conflict with another person.  How did you handle it?

●Unresolved conflicts can prevent a team/group from achieving objectives.  Tell me about a time when you were in this kind of a situation.  What did you do about it?  What happened?

● Give an example of a time you had to respond to an unhappy manager/customer/colleague.

Station 2: Resilience

● What is one of the biggest obstacles you’ve had to overcome to get where you are today?  How did you overcome this obstacle?

● Tell me about a time when you had to adjust to someone’s way of working to achieve a goal or complete a project?

● Tell me about the most stressful situation you have found yourself in at work. What did you do in this situation?

Station 3: Initiative/Drive

● Give me an example of a time when you knew that process or system was being executed poorly. What did you do?  What was the effect of your actions?

● Describe a situation in which you identified a problem and took action to correct it rather than wait for someone else to do so.

● Tell me about a risk you took recently. What happened?

Station 4: Leadership Recruiting

● Describe a specific scenario in which you were able to build a team that followed your lead?

● What makes you a leader worth following?

● Give me a specific example of something you did that helped build enthusiasm in others.
