Outside of his beloved Sigma, Chris has led men and women across the globe during his time as a decorated soldier in the United States Army, as an attorney, as an elected official, and in his current role as a Vice President with the March of Dimes. Simply put, Chris knows all too well the pressures and stresses of leadership. We have a candid conversation with this black man who was born to lead about mental health, therapy, stress, and everything in between.
