Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a mental disorder in which a person focuses on an imagined physical characteristic or a minor flaw that they find unattractive, others often do not see the characteristic. As a result, people with this disorder believe that they are "ugly". In this show, the cast and guests discuss what BDD is and how it can affect a person's life as well as how it can develop and how to deal with it.
