In this episode 19 which is going really fast to go up in I talk about, short term progress vs medium to long term progress. My definition of short term progress is fat burners, insane caloric deficits, cardio only & unrealistic frequency. Now After I give my personal opinion on the topic I cross over into how to be successful in the medium to long term.
