Many people use terms loosely, and in doing so we lose the actual definitions. This is a problem. Although we speak about several topics in this podcast, three main areas of emphasis are toughness, spirituality, and burnout. These terms are no exception when it comes to vanilla definitions. 

Can we truly become tougher (mentally, physically, and even spiritually???) Is your faith or your spiritual journey important in your daily life? What is the opposite of burnout? Have you ever asked yourself these questions? The answers in this podcast may truly shock you; they may even make you uncomfortable.
