In this episode, we are joined by Daniel Brooke to speak on the topic of ‘Dyslexia: Working with your strengths during COVID-19’.
Daniel founded the company Neurodiversity Specialists to provide organisations with the knowledge and tools to benefit from having a neurodiverse workforce, and to understand the value of neurodiversity. Daniel is a British Dyslexia Association (BDA) qualified workplace needs assessor, with a background in career coaching and employability skills training, and has experience of supporting hundreds of neurodivergent individuals across many different sectors.
Daniel also has a strong passion for advising organisations on how to create a clear process of support for neurodivergent employees and how to attract and retain neurodiverse talent.
