In episode 5, we were joined by our guest speaker Anna Jezuita, a Counsellor, Mindfulness Teacher (Psychotherapist & Practitioner MBACP Accredited) to speak on the topic 'Dyslexia: Self Care and Relaxation During COVID 19'.


Anna is a qualified mindfulness teacher who runs therapy and workshops with individuals and groups. Her mission is to offer mindfulness therapy to every individual who struggles with 'work-life balance'.


Mindfulness helps manage and also prevent severe health conditions. It is a tool for your mental hygiene, preventing anxiety and depression before they take a grip – it is your “mental floss” for life.
