In episode 1, we are joined by Workplace Needs Assessor, Dwayne Deer, to speak on the topic of ‘Dyslexia and remote working: how do I get a workplace needs assessment?’.

Dwayne is a qualified, BDA-accredited Workplace Needs Assessor. He has a wealth of experience in the education and charitable sectors, as well as with local Authority children and families’ services and specialist foster care.

Dwayne holds a BA and MA in Special Educational Needs and is passionate about dyslexia. As a dyslexic himself, he has lived experience of the challenges of navigating the education systems and employment systems in both Jamaica and the UK.
