Let's face it, 2020 is not quite turning out the way any of us originally planned when the calendar flipped from December 31 to January 1. While there may be little that we can do to control the chaos that is defining the year, what we CAN control is how we respond to it. 

Like many fitness professionals affected by the disruption of COVID, Aimee Nicotera, a Cape Cod-based fitness instructor, found herself having to adapt and adjust to a changing employment situation; not only that, but she also had a few other issues that were complicating her ability to deliver fitness solutions to her clients and group workout participants. Aimee took the challenge of the situation head on and developed a creative solution for how to deliver workouts to her group fitness regulars as well as developing a new exercise format that takes a completely different approach to designing the workout programs that make you sweat.
