Today's episode is all about why you should already have your Christmas marketing plan in place and ready to go. So, the real question is, do you have your Christmas plan in place yet?
It's something that we often think is a long way away. It always feels like it's a long way away. But in reality, as this episode goes live, there are just 2 months left. 2 MONTHS! Where does the time go?!?!?!
So before you get swept away in the Christmas rush, and let's be honest, we all get swept away by it in some form or another, let's make sure you have your Christmas marketing plan ready to go.
Working backwards, from Christmas, through to your last delivery date before Christmas, then the build-up to Christmas, and all the way to the pre-Christmas "holidays" (Black Friday and Cyber Monday).
Getting on top of it now will make sure you don't feel the unnecessary stress at the time.
