What do I mean?
Being all in
Being present in the moment and being distraction free is something really taught by my good friends at Lululemon
How many times are you distracted by your phone?
In fact if any of you are on the phone right now scrolling through Instagram, turn it off and put it away
Mention ruling to self when listening

Being distraction free
The easiest way to be distraction free is to purely eliminate it
My work life balance has improved dramatically ever since investing in a work phone
Laptop didn’t work on holiday (godsend)

Mentally Present
It is all well and good being physically present but are you mentally? Putting your phone on the table when out for food - not present
Thinking about how much work you have to do when you’re having fun - not present

The Benefits of Being Present after
It’s amazing, every time I let myself truly relax and be present nothing else matters
Problems seem to disappear
Stress levels go down
Yet why do we not allow these times more

Self Realisation
Something I am bad for
Being present is a quality a lack and I am trying to get better
