THE "FUCK IT" MEDITATION is an extremely powerful exercise I created to deal with trauma, anger, stress, anxiety, depression, and all toxic emotional baggage. In true AGGRESSIVE KINDNESS fashion, this meditation combines deep breathing, visualization, and primal expression through profanity. Disclaimer: The deep breathing and emotional activation involved in this exercise is quite intense. If you are new to deep breathing, I suggest you work your way up to the full 5 minutes over the course of a few days or a week. Common effects include: light headed-ness, tingling sensations, hallucinations, laughter, crying, extreme joy, & unprecedented relief. This exercise is invaluable when you are having a panic attack, feeling overwhelmed or just over it all.
