This is the standalone "BRIDGE MEDITATION" from the previous episode for easy daily access. This acts as a bridge between your everyday world and the magical world you wish to escape to. It's purpose is to help you relax and focus your mind on defining that space you go to during meditation. Before you know it, you will be floating safely and happily in the beyond.
