Karen's passion for history led her to launch Clairitage Press, a small indie press devoted to preserving California/Nevada history and oral histories. She has taught multiple classes about writing memoirs and collecting life stories. Her recent book is Writing a Memoir: From Stuck to Finished! and ranked as an Amazon #1 Bestseller in its category.
