Actions and Limits interviews Sheen Renea. Formally serving a life sentence, Sheena shares what she went through in her life and how 25 years in prison changed her.

Sheena:

A little story about me... I got married when I was barely 15 to a man who was abusive. Two years later I was incarcerated with Life without parole. I spent 25 years in prsion when my sentenced got overturned. I did everything to better myself. I learned to love myself, how to use my traumatic childhood to catapult me instead of hold me down. I learned how to love myself for me, flaws and all. I then turned around and became a motivational speaker and coach on the inside. I have been sexually assaulted, abused mentally, physically and emotionally. Yet I stand tall and have overcame. I also became a personal trainer.

I love helping women discover their true selves, believe in themselves and never let their past hold them back. I help women who are going through divorce, addictions, trauma and find there is still hope. I am working on my degree and coaching certification. I want every woman to know they are amazing and beautiful and anything they dream they can achieve. Never give up your hopes or your dreams.

Anything is possible in life when you believe in yourself. I am also the Founder of PRISON DID NOT BREAK ME. I am helping others who been released and struggle those still on the inside and families.
