Today, I'll be sharing with you the most effective method to interview freelancers on Upwork in 2023, which has already resulted in me finding three successful candidates using this exact strategy.
In my previous video, I discussed how to optimize your use of Upwork's resources. In this video, I'll be demonstrating how to identify a qualified individual to handle all of your video editing and creative tasks.
My objective was to find a partner who could provide valuable suggestions, rather than just a contractor. To gauge the work and communication style of each candidate, I administered a brief test with a degree of pressure.
This approach allows for a better assessment of the potential employee's work ethic and creativity. While a resume or experience is beneficial, I've discovered that it's preferable to assign them a task and observe their performance.
By leveraging resources on Upwork and using this interview tactic, you can find the right freelancers to handle all the video editing and creative work needed for your project.
