Surely I'm not the only person who has ever counted myself out due to a physical limitation I'm experiencing. Whether it's an injury, not feeling capable, needing to modify an exercise etc, we ALL let some sort of physical limitation stop us from time to time. But, what if those physical limitations can actually become a surprising strength?

I chat with my good friend and personal trainer, Deanna Dicesere about her own experience with amniotic band syndrome, living her whole life with what many perceive to be a "disability" or a physical limitation, and how that very "limit" has actually propelled her forward into becoming the fitness instructor she is today. It is an inspiring story, and one that will surely FIRE YOU UP.

It's time to stop letting physical limitations hold you back. Whether you are a new mom, an injured athlete, someone that has a physical handicap of sorts, or just hasn’t wanted to make physical health and fitness a priority lately, this episode is really for everyone, so let's dive in!

Give Deanna a big shoutout and thank her for wisdom, and for being part of this episode! You can find her on Instagram, and see where she's teaching next: @deanna_dicesere .
