Is your relationship with your health actually healthy?   In today’s episode I am breaking down your relationship with food and exercise and what that says about your life and the relationship you have with yourself. So many of us have been effected by the ‘Diet culture’ in the past and don’t realise how much it is effecting us in our lives still to this day. This effected me more than anything else on my journey and it has been something that I had to work very hard to overcome, but it's truly been the best thing I have ever decided to do.   We were not put on this earth to lose weight and try and achieve someone else's idea of a 'perfect body'. We came here to do much more than that.   Our life is more than what we look like and the body that we have. What's the point in being at war with ourselves? All that does is blind us from how much we have to give to this world. It might sound lame, but when we connect to more, life becomes so much deeper, more fulfilling and exciting. It's time to make peace.
