"Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond" -Charles Swindoll

While many leadership programs teach you what to do, the 7 levels of leadership focus on attitude.

Our leadership can be either anabolic (build up) or catabolic (break down), and this attitude is not only felt by us but those around us. We can choose to move from simply reacting to life (catabolic) and proactively elevating to the higher levels of leadership (anabolic).  It is important to remember that it is not inherently bad to experience the catabolic emotions, but simply to acknowledge that may be where we are.

7 Levels:

Powerlessness: "I lose"Conflict: "I win because you lose"Tolerance: "I win, and if you win great!"Service: "You win"Opportunity: "Win-Win"SynergyCo-Creation
