One of the biggest problems with no-shows is the fact that they are an absolute opportunity killer. As your business becomes bigger, there are bottlenecks along the way that are clogging up your flow and preventing the number of people that can become paying clients. 

Ultimately, with no-shows, it's no different. The bigger your business gets, the bigger your team gets, the more of an impact that this can potentially have as well. In our case, as we scaled, we tried to automate things and sent people to a landing page with less personal touch.
