Ken Koziol - The Tools to Success from Bojangles Executive Vice President

Ken Koziol is currently one of the top executives at Bojangles Chicken and previously was an executive at McDonalds and Panera Bread. From owning and self managing 60 units of real estate in his 20s to rising up the ranks of McDonalds, Ken has quite the resume. He attributes much of his success to his ability to do hard work, communicate effectively, and manage his time efficiently. Ken also shares stories of long hours working as a restaurant manager, putting himself through college, and investing in real estate all while graduating a year early. He explains the importance of balance and perspective through numerous stories. Ken stays balanced through his cottage where he gets on the water to ski, hangout with his family, and try to get his nieces and nephews to fall off tubing.
