On this episode, Bryan talks about his recent personal development trip to Jackson Hole, WY.  One of his big takeaways was the concept of using CPR (conscious awareness, Pause, and Regulate yourself using a tool) to deal with emotions when triggered by an event.  Historically a tribe member would be in a state of stress 16 hours per week, today this might be 40-60 hours.  With such high levels of stress, the likelihood of being triggered is high. Experiment using some of the tools Bryan outlines in this episode to deal with these emotions.
