Ranila's background is in financial services, having been Director of Distribution for AVIVA, board member for Upside and Worldreader.

Her determination, kindness and strength shone through during our conversation, where we covered all things from acceptance, failure, learning from our past experiences, and caring beyond measure for our loved ones (as exemplified with the challenges faced by her teenage son and her quest for supporting his healthier living!).
