Teenagers are amongst the group that has been struggling the most with the pandemic.
Lack of real connection and communication with their friends, the rise of social media use (and the comparison and struggle that comes with it) paired with the pressure at school and the grades / exams at the end of the academic year.

Thankfully people like our guest this week, Tanya Nicholas, are also on the rise and willing to help.
Tanya helps students, parents and teachers overcome the overwhelm of school and daily life. She is founder of TN Education Coaching and Mentoring. She helps students feeling stressed out by their studies or who want to be making more progress, but just aren't sure where to begin parents who simply want their child to succeed and teachers feeling burnt out or overwhelmed and want to restore their life work balance without loosing passion for one of the most rewarding jobs on the planet.
