JD is an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer as well as the founder of Dark Days Bright Nights, and his aim is to build a wellness community where individuals can feel supported and find sustainable resources as they try to lead healthier lives.


In his past JD has been in education, before realizing that the health and wellness realm was his calling. When he's not designing programs for his clients, answering client questions, hosting his podcast Dark Days Bright Nights, or tweeting about mental health, you’ll find JD enjoying a nice run or watching some hockey. Alongside him is my wife, Tracy and their son, Daniel.
